I went to this costa on Saturday morning. My husband and I fancied their hot choc with cream and bits. Lots of their stuff has cream. Ordered it and the young girl said they had no cream. Really. I said I won’t have that then,...wouldn’t be the same with out cream. Well I can’t magic it from thin air can I she said. Great customer service, not.....More

This coffee house is right by the band stand, it is nicely laid out, the staff there are very friendly, they can provide you with a great cup of coffee plus some nice cakes & all can be purchased for a reasonable price.

98% of the time, this is a great coffee shop. Nice servers, good coffee and nice surroundings. Unfortunately children do tend to run around which makes relaxing somewhat difficult. I feel the staff should be on this a little more. Also, they tend to get...busy in there and when this happens, mistakes do too. As a disabled customer, I asked for my drink to be brought over but this was overlooked. I managed to go over and pick it up but received a half cup of coffee with far too much froth. I had to ask for this to be topped up - which I shouldn't have to with the cost of coffees these daysMore

The atmosphere was very lively and the service we received was warm and friendly. The hot chocolate was excellent. The table surface was clean and the floor tidy. The toilets were almost spotless.

We often pop in to Costa for refreshments after finishing our shopping because they have friendly staff, a nicely laid out café & can provide you with a good cup of coffee & nice food.

Always get great service when I visit here. The staff are super friendly and I've never been disappointed with the service. Better that then shop in Rayleigh!

When shopping in South Woodham Ferrers I usually have a coffee before I go. Standard Costa's, Friendly staff, coffee as expected. Usually busy.
