Had a curry and the other half had scampi, the curry was very bland and the chicken tasted like cheap rubbery chicken. The scampi was rubbery and the mushy peas were stone cold. The only good thing was the drinks. Very dissapointing

We decided to go for dinner here one night as i have been there before while visiting family. As we were sat down after about 15 mins i had to put my coat back on and we were no where near any windows. I asked the lady if there was any heating as it was seriously cold she turned to... More

Reasonable food at a reason price, but it's the same old same old really. And after a couple of nights it's titter in on being rather boring. Cannot fault the restarant or the staff or the service.

Hotel and restraunt very dated. ( staff at hotel very nice though ) Food at brewers fair very poor & breakfast staff need to up their attitude! And maybe learn to smile a little. Restraunt seems to be themed around a kids club! Ideal to relax after a business trip ! Maybe have a jump around in the ball pit!... More

Not sure why there are negative reviews. This place is great for families. We stayed in the premier inn next door for a few days. The breakfasts were lovely and the staff were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Tonight we used the soft play and dinner before the ferry. Soft play was manned by a great young girl, ever... More

Since my last visit I have had two breakfasts, both were of poor quality, other than the bacon and egg on a full breakfast the other items were undercooked mushrooms, strange tasting Bubble and squeak, poor quality sausages, barely warm hash browns, The buffet doesn't open until they are busy. I had the same mess in the Burgess Hill branch.... More

I've visited this place on many occasions and it has it's up and downs. This time was a total down 👎🏻 Food portions were virtually non existent and cold! My daughter had belly ache the whole afternoon/evening after eating. Will still return again but only to drink as it's not the first time the foods been horrendous. Staff are great... More

My wife and I regularly eat in this restaurant but lately it has gone down hill. The staff are still friendly but seem unhappy. They appear to be under pressure and there appears to be quite a turnover of staff. The whole place could do with some refurbishment, which I was told was going to be done months ago.The food we ordered... I have been her 3 times in the past 2 weeks! Visit 1: I went with my 2 year old, newborn, parents and grandma. We had a 2 for 1 voucher. The food was great value for money but we were only given a very small amount of chips each. When we raised this with a waiter he bought out... More

Attached to a Premier Inn, you get exactly what you would expect from a Brewers Fayre. Cheerful but slightly haphazard service, decent enough but instantly forgettable food.
