We had lunch here as members of a pre-booked party. I've no doubt that the budget allocated was modest but the food provided was poor in the extreme. Sandwiches had the merest smear of butter in the middle of the slice which never came close...More

Went back after a disastrous new years eve meal. Food excellent ( simon the chef has returned) although steak slightly chewy! Service by the girls sulerb well done. Owners please be more customer focused and update the menu. Will return good improvement well done :-)

A lovely rural location, let down by truly shocking food. The staff are willing enough but frankly I'd reduce the menu size by half and dump the chef. Tepid steak, awful sauces, ribs so small they must have come from a suckling pig. Not sure...More

Whilst i have never seen dogs in the bar area, dogs are more than welcomed outside and I have seen occaisions where bowls of water have been provided.
