We were staying at the Akasha Beach hotel and decided to venture out into the old town for a meal here. Goodness me what a find. We had a lovely table overlooking the square and the atmosphere was chilled and relaxed. The menu is extensive...and we found it difficult to choose but one of the waiters gave us lots of advice and we settled on several starters and a couple of mains to share. The restaurant is family run and this shows in the authenticity of the food which was all truly delicious. We were unsure which local wine to try so the very friendly lady bought us out 3 bottles to try before we settled on a rose. We genuinely felt as though we were part of the family by the time we left. Everyone was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They were full and as soon as tables cleared they were taken - which says everything. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone and we returned 3 days after our first visit for an equally enjoyable meal and experience.More
