Nice dining experience with a good ambience for a family. Drinks also are served. Weekend rush is more while week days are quiet. Friendly staff but needs some fine tuning. Very palatable quality food with wide range.

It's a member's only restaurant but you could be entertained with member's reference. Ambience is good and so was food. Arshad served us and he was very patient and polite. Would recommend if you are here for a meal.

Their staff is very kind and helpful and they are very friendly .Its right next to the beach.Its a resort's restaurants.their food is fantastic.they served the food very fast.I recommend this restaurant for dinner.

It's a fabulous restaurant to dine out with friends and family. Wonderful atmosphere is a prime attraction of this eatery. You will have lot of options to order with. This restaurant is located in the premises of Hotel Holiday Resort has a nice ambience and decor. Visited the place for dinner with family. Food quality was average at best. Service was also average.

First thing that impressed me was the ambience of this restaurant... It was simply awesome... The waiters were extremely friendly... Had ordered galauti kabab, awadhi biriyani, dariyabadi biriyani and firni... The kabab was to die for, its aroma immediately hit all my senses... Biriyani was...good, the meat was succulent and juicy and the phirni... Arguably its the best phirni i had ever had... Will definitely visit this place soon...More

visited Fusion on 22nd January,2018. Tried Tandoor Prawn (Rs. 375/-). It was awhsome. Never had such grilled prawns before. They were very well marinated with bunch of spices, fresh & juicy and grilled to perfection. Must try atleast once for everyone. Next day I tried...Tandoor Pomfret(Rs. 450/- for two medium size pomfrets) and Fish curry. both the dishes were good and can be tried. The ambience of Fusion is very nice and relaxed, the rates are reasonable/pocket friendly. The service is prompt and the staff is good. One must try while in Puri.More

The menu had almost every Indian and continental food item in it. Frankly,...don't remember whether Chinese food was available as we did not try it, We ordered Cream of Tomato Soup (Rs 80) Grilled Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce (Rs 250) Awesome! Pomfret Mustard (Rs 225) Pretty Average Prawn Malaicurry (Rs 375) Very good Chicken Biryani (Rs 300) Good Prawn Biryani (Rs 400) Excellent Kashmir Pulao (Rs 200) Good We had ice-creams for dessert and the waiters/waitresses were very friendly and helped to serve the dishes. Fusion is one of the two restaurants of Hotel Holiday Resort in Puri on the chakratirtha road. It is on the ground floor beside the main reception area and primarily used as breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Pros: 1. Location: Right beside the main reception...area on ground floor so easily accesible 2. Decor: Ambience is good as it is in a really large hall with very high sealing and nice decor in tinge of green 3. Seating: Quite large seating area of more than 50+ people Cons: 1. Service: Really slow as you have to repeatedly call them for your orders and the order themselves take too much time to reach your table 2. Food: Very average food as if you have ordered from a roadside dhaba 3. Cost: Very pricey and not at all justified Overall a very basic kind of food option. Better to avoid the hotel itself leave alone their restaurants. During our stay very few had there breakfast/food here. Not recommended at all due to the kind of money they charge and the kind of service provided.More
