Between cafe Shillong & Dylan’s picked this and now regretting
Shabby place with chairs, stools and hangings out of place
Poor and delayed service
Very average food quality
The place lacks care. Feels like an abandoned child
We wanted to grab a quick breakfast before heading for Kolkata and stepped into Dylan's Cafe, one of the famous eating joints at Shillong. We were hungry and in a hurry. It was around 10.30 in the morning, and they had just opened the shutters....Chef Mintu, however, was up for the challenge. Within no time he prepared for us a delicious breakfast platter - fluffy pancakes topped with maple syrup, omelette and toast. The farmer's omelette was not there in the menu, but the chef was more than happy to cook the eggs our way.
I will forever cherish our breakfast at Dylan's Cafe and the cordial behavior of chef Mintu. It was a very pleasant experience.More
Took a lot of pain searching for the place. Took a cab from police bazaar intending to go to Shillong momo , enquired from cab driver if he is aware of Dylan cafe- he had no idea. Walked from Shillong mono to Dylan's cafe. Interior...is quite trendy. The food was big disappointment . There jaw crusher burger very bad. Apart from other things even the chicken patty was horrible- only taste of bread . Chicken wings and fried potato was the saving grace.More
It's a nice place with lots of memorabilia of the great Bob Dylan and a few board games/books for the kids and adults alike. We found the food and service to be ok nothing great. It could be the choice of food and beverages we...had, not sure.More

Do not come here for food. I ordered a Mexican stuffed potato which is supposed to have Mexican chilli beans. The restaurant took the liberty to replace it with chick peas. When I complained first they were not aware what happened and then they came...back saying since the beans was over they replaced it with peas.
Thanks god they don't play Altaf Raja because Bob Dylan's record broke. LolMore
