Though this restaurant offers both veg and non-veg food. However, this review is for veg food.
Their ambience is normal however location is good. This restaurant is located at a prime location on mall road.
The food is awesome and top-notch.
The food presentation is also excellent.
Cleanliness was also up to the mark.
Service in terms of serving and prompt response is also good.
The restaurant owner is himself looking for feedback from customers and having regular quality checks.

Had been to Kwality Restaurant on 22/12/22.
Ordered lemon coriander soup, paneer tikka masala and garlic roti.
Food was great. Amazing hospitality and you can customize if you want to make slight changes to your food.
The owner of the restaurant personally attended to us and checked if we were satisfied with the food.
Would highly recommend people to visit for hospitality, taste, quantity & hygiene. Cost is surely on higher side. But knowing the location it is worth.

We went there based on reviews and it lived upto its expectations.
You can get anything and everything in this restaurant except for space as it's always full.
The owner is so sweet and involved personally in taking care of guests.
The staff is excellent and courteous.
The food is extremely delicious and well prepared.
We ordered spring rolls, dosa and sizzler & everything was so well prepared. In fact our daughter loved the food.

My son and I went to Kwality for dinner on our first evening in India. We paid about 3500 rupees in total. Their famous Chana was delicious, as was the Kwality Dhal. Portions were generous. The service was great. The restaurant's ambiance was very nice, but it was crowded and a bit too noisy. All in all, a very satisfying first impression of Indian food in India.

We visited Kwality restaurant as a family on 31st December 2021. It is this nice cosy and warm restaurant tucked in a corner. The food tasted so good that one cannot believe that such a small place can rope in such delicious dishes. We ordered lemon coriander soup, manchow soup, honey chilli potatoes, a veg pizza and a combo meal. Every dish tasted unique and lived upto the taste expectations. A must visit for the everyone who wants to experience simple yet delicious food in Dalhousie.

It's a good restaurant in Dalhousie market. Its definitely clean. The food is reasonably priced and taste amazingly good. The restaurant staff was courteous and the restaurant owner was an amazing host. Overall, if you are there in Dalhousie, we must have lunch or dinner in this restaurant.

Kwality restaurant, sister concern of Hotel Grand View is located at Gandhi Chowk.
Enter the restaurant and you are greeted by the owner. Food is good and place is cozy and clean. Staff is cordial and prompt.
Highly recommend!

In the mediocre Moti Tibba market this was the only decent place to eat. We had lunch here. The food and service were satisfactory. Nothing great. But Nothing to complain about either. So if you want fresh food and variety this is a place to go

Best place in Dalhousie. I tried butter paneer masala . Yellow daal tadka nd mix veg . Must try .. don't go any other restaurants. My experience is here is 5 star go for it

Great food, excellent staff, infact the owner of the place goes around taking the feedback. Loved how hum le the team and how scrumptious the food is. Completely recommend the veg food and the south indian delicacies. Won't say pizza was the best as it was not hand tossed but it was definitely good.. good place to enjoy

Tasty food, good ambience and very polite staff. Stayed at Dalhousie and had lunch and dinner here only. Soup tasted great. Chilli items were delicious.

We had our lunch there.
1) we ordered rajma chawal which were awesome
2) we ordered dal makhni which was average
2) we ordered dosa which was pathetic
Overall a reasonable and affordable place to eat nonth indian food.

Had a pizza and spring rolls. The rolls were good but the pizza was bit dry.
However, might be the best option in this city as some other cafes were isolate.
