Great place!!!! I went here ostensibly to hear a soulful jazz band after dinner. The "Liberated Soul Project" was playing from 8-11 in the basement, so what could be better? Great dinner and then jazz downstairs. I got in without a reservation and they gave...More

We visited Copious for a wedding. The place was great. I loved the high end industrial and modern look of the place. The service was good and the staff was great. The food was perfect too. This place is not to miss.

Four of us went for dinner and everyone was happy with their meals: A burger cooked perfectly, a beautifully jammy double-cut pork chop and shrimp & grits (a bit too heavy on the bbq sauce but well-prepared). It was a Sunday evening and we were...More

Four of us went to Copius during Restaurant Week. This is a very nice restaurant on High St, just south of downtown. Normally, they have valet parking, but not on this night. I was able to park right in front of the restaurant. The Restaurant...More

Copious had a nice brunch on Easter Sunday. We had a group of 22 and were able to make reservations ahead of time. The food was very good and suited the tastes from the 2-year-olds to their grandparents. Brunch was $30+ for adults and there...More

This little gem is a well kept secret! Nice modern, upscale restaurant. We were a large party of 18. Most of us had something different and we all were pleased. Appetizers were awesome as well! Kudos to chef Brian Wilson and Ben our server!

Description
Specialties Copious will serve to "feed your soul" in every way, through locally-sourced creations in the restaurant, a special wine, the feel of a neighborhood bar/lounge, attending an elegant reception or exciting party in the banquet space, or through experiencing an eclectic mix of music in our world-class music venue, seating nearly 200. History Established in 2015. Copious is a multi-faceted facility with a restaurant, live music venue and event space that opened in September of 2015. The concept was created by Terry Turner, Bill Clark, Bob Breithaupt and Michael Melching once they discovered the McGowan Building located in the Brewery District. They let the building speak to them with what could be developed in its space. What has been created is an unique experience that offers something for Columbus that is traditionally found in major cities like New York or Chicago.
