We had dinner on a busy Saturday night, on the back patio. All of the entrees were excellent. We are still talking about the eggplant Parmesan.a couple weeks later. The service was attentive and friendly and we really enjoyed eating outdoors. Will be back soon!

Service was great. Food was good, and reasonably priced, good all the way around and would definitely recommend this restaurant. Should my daughter decide attend Case Western, we'll most definitely be returning to this restaurant. A large out door seating are in back but we...ate inside. Ordered breaded calamari for appetizer and it was excellent. Caesar salad was fine. The chicken parmigiana was very good. Thought the marinara on that and on the linguine with sausage was very "tomato-ey" and tinny (is that word, does that make sense?), like crushed tomatoes from a can. It was good but by itself wouldn't bring me back. Frutti di Mare - that was definitely a different story - it was excellent. My 13 year isn't a big fan of seafood dishes or tomato sauces. She devoured this. The portion was more than generous, came brimming with scallops, calamari, and shrimp. Sauce was light and fresh tasting. Deserves a repeat performance. Highly recommend!More

We escaped the fun madness of the street feast in Little Italy for a table inside the restaurant. When I called earlier in the week to ask for reservations they said they weren’t taking any, but I had asked about gluten-free options and they said...there were many. Unfortunately for us there were no gluten-free options on their reduced feast menu when we went. I enjoyed a wonderful eggplant Parmesan, I thought it was fantastic. My girls enjoyed the pasta and meatballs, unfortunately my wife had to find food elsewhere. The staff was friendly enough. The noise level was extremely high, which made it a bit difficult to hear conversation at the table….like “ where do you think mom went to find food?” All was good, they let her eat it with us.More

This restaurant wasn't our first choice, but when there was over an hour wait at our original choice, we stopped in here and was seated right away. Could have been a bad sign, but I thought the food was very good. I really enjoyed the...pasta sauce on my chicken parmesan and pasta. It was a little spicy -- and I don't like spicy food, but it was sooo good.More

my wife really wanted good Italian while we were on vacation. so a week late, today, we had some really good Italian. Came in with wife and adult son. Food was as good as last visit 9 months ago. Son got the shrimp and gnocci which was excellent! Wife and I got the linguini and cavatelli with meatballs- also very good. Sauce is a little acidic fo...me. Meatballs like mama used to make . Prices significantly higher than last visit and than listed on Trip Advisor- like 25% higher. Would return but lots of other places are great as well in Little ItalyMore

We visited trattoria twice in the past couple weeks. Excellent food. The lobster ravioli was incredible. The calamari was crisp and tender. The sauce is the best. We talked to the chef/owner and he told us how difficult it is with people not wanting to...work-they are putting in so many hours. Hang in there.More
