The food was excellent! Will definetly return to try more items on the menu. My boyfriend and I love trying authentic foods from different places and this is by far one of our favourites!

I've been coming to Cafe India (previously known as Bombay star) regularly for close to 10 years now and I've never had a bad experience. Since covid,we have been sticking with take-out but the food is still delicious as always!
They have a great buffet and the staff is amazing. Tje whole family loves it here and we have fun with the staff. We highly reccomend this restaurant!!!
We stopped here when driving from Cleveland to Pittsburgh since our favorite Indian place in Cleveland was closed. This place hit the spot. My kids were so happy to see mango lassi in the buffet, I was excited that chai and carrot halwa were included....The naan were brought out regularly and so good! The buffet had your typical selection of chicken curries, makhani, daals, chole, and mini bhatura. We went on Saturday and the cost was 9.99 a person.More
Whatever meal you choose, you can get it from Mild all the way to Indian Hot. All of our dishes came out of the kitchen with a very hot temperature. The entrees come in a little crock pot and you spoon the contents over white...rice. If you order your entree Hot or Indian Hot, also order the Mango Lassi to cool you off. I ordered the Goan Fish entree and I have leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch. We ordered garlic Naan along with an appetizer medley. Every time that we have been there, the food is consistently excellent!More
Was thrilled to find this little Indian Cafe in Boardman! Even better, it has a buffet. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, food was phenomenal. Very clean, quiet atmosphere. Equal choices of veg and non-veg on the buffet as well as several drink choices and...sweets. Highly recommend!More
I have travelled several Countries and most every city across half the U.S. I dine out every day and found this place when passing thru Ohio. They have great quality food, service, and helpful Staff.
My wife & I loved it. We don't know much about Indian food but what we had tasted great. We will definitely eat there again, and we are looking forward to it. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I was surprised to see Indians in this establishment. The pakora was good as were the samosas, but that is as far as good went. The Raita and Dal were so watery - no flavor. The mixed grill was to have fish, lamb and chicken...but only had chicken. I must say the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. But, if you are looking for a good Indian meal, pass this place up and go elsewhere (if you can even find anything in the vicinity!)More
Stopped in for dinner tonight, I'm in the area for the next few weeks and miss the great Indian food I get at home in New Hampshire. I ordered two dishes with the plan to take half of each back to the hotel fridge and...have another night. The Chicken Tikka Masala was quite good, I'd give it a 9. The Chicken Korma was OK, maybe good, but wasn't anything like what I've had at many other places in the past. I'd give it a 7. The sauce was pink, not yellow, and didn't have the golden raisins and slivered almonds that are typical for a Korma, again at least in my experience. Their rice was also very good, moist, fresh, and lightly spiced with cumin seeds. The buttered naan was just the right thickness, soft and chewy. Overall, this place is great, I'll definitely be back! While I probably won't order the Korma again, I'm looking forward to trying their Saag Paneer, Vindaloo, Biryani, among other great Indian delicacies!More
Trying a different Indian restaurant than usual. The menu has a huge selection of food making it difficult to choose! I started with the Manchow soup and my wife picked Sweet Corn soup, both were very good. For dinner I chose the Mango Chicken and...my wife picked vegetable korma. Again, everything was very good. The only down side was a lack of Indian beer, soft drinks only.More
