We had made a vow to only eat seafood while in town and was trying different things to normal. Had a look at there menu and decided it would be worth a try. It may have just our tastes or our expectations but we wasn't over the moon with our meals. I had the prawns wrapped in bacon which was... More

Six of us had a wonderful meal here. Chris the owner, spent quite some time with us explaining the local seafood selections. We tasted the local Coffin Bay oysters and loved them so much we then ordered more. We then enjoyed a tasting plate of abalone. Most of the group had the marinara which was amazing and some enjoyed the... More

Service was good, food basically good, but serving size of main courses miserably small. Had an order of Kingfish and an order of Tuna Steak, both fish sizes were only half size of what would be expected as normal. Kingfish was as though one steak / fillet had been cut in half to make 2 serves. Thickness of fillets /... More

I had decided I would not do oysters. We are off to Coffin Bay tomorrow. Our Adelaide friends had recommended the scallops in bacon - a very creamy, spicy delightful dish. Prawns and green pear salad was rather bland. Chicken beast stuffed with prawns and cheese wrapped in crispy bacon on a bed of roasted vegetables is not to be... More

Dine AlFresco if the weather is good, or inside. We tried a Marinara Pizza the first night - it was excellent. So we came back a couple of nights later and tried their veal and a chicken breast stuffed with prawns and cream cheese. Both meals were very enjoyable and we certainly had no room for dessert! Highly recommended.

Busy place when the P&O cruiser docked in port - everyone wanting to try the local delicacy. Staff would have had time to prep & knew what to expect - Imagine my surprise then when a wriggly black worm emerged from beneath the greenery on my plate of oysters - when it was pointed out to a passing waitress she... Service was great. The staff are very friendly and the food was excellent (I had the Devilled Scallops). The only thing I found was that it was a little squashy as the restaurant is quite small.....not a big issue tho and I suppose it gives the place character. Keep doing what your doing Del Giorno's.....I will be back for sure!

My prawn salad was very disappointing, and my partner's lamb with Greek salad didn't warrant the price tag. The Tokyo oysters were great though. Other meals were very average. This is a popular spot though, so maybe we ordered the wrong thing. Well priced drinks list.
