This was my second visit to this place. First one was may last year. What a difference....I'm not sure what was worse, the sub standard food or the lack of staff. I could understand if the staff were busy but one of them was on her phone for probably 5 mins while I was trying to order a drink. The... More

Walked through busy bar to restaurant and was seated immediately. After a while order was taken and we had a bit of a wait for starters to arrive. The roll I had with soup was quite hard, the soup was good though. Husband had frittata to start he said it was very average and a bit dry. Waited a long... More

Got there before 5pm to take advantage of the two courses at£9-50,not a lot to choose from, we decide on cheese and tomato omelette with new potatoes and salad leaves. I chose carrot cake for dessert and my friends chose Eton mess. The food was average, the lovely waitress told us the menu was seasonal and would be changed soon... More

Well what can I say. What a great find and what great food. There was 10 of us and everyone was really happy with their food. Portion sizes were more than enough and staff were great.
