A modern cafe setting in a traditional building with great service. Nice place to relax with a newspaper. There's a window 'bar-style' seating area which is great for watching the world go by! Recommend hot chocolate!

Nice surroundings, good food and pleasant service with a nice little shop attached. If your just pottering around Tarporley or in it's general vicinity and watch a bite then it's worth a visit..

Stopped with two fellow cyclists, lost a very small piece of jewellery, rang cafe and they found it on the floor, delighted! kept it for a week, plus the leek and potato soup was gorgeous, huge thank you.

Great sandwiches food and play area For kids while we sat in some autumn sun in the garden at rear. Old school traditional fare in the best way possible.

I had an hour to spare my friend was testing a pupil at the local school on her Russian Found the coffee shop as I strolled down the street It was very interesting . Lovely staff , relaxed atmosphere, no one rushing me to get the table. The tea and food was excellent . Well worth a second visit

Lovely place for a Sunday brunch with the newspaper, especially if it is nice enough to sit outside. Good wholesome traditional food with a very extensive menu.

Visited the village and after looking at all the options chose this cafe. What a delightful place. Very cosy interior with the option of cost leather sofas or smells tables. Lots of papers, magazines, books AND toys for the children to use. The walled garden to the rear has very comfortable chairs and great size tables with the local church... More
