Not a 4 star hotel, at nearly £200 for a night, I was very disappointed. Three guests had to share one bed as the sofa bed, had clearly never been cleaned. When we unfolded the bed we were shocked to find, bits of old food! The apartment itself was very dusty and could of done with a good clean. The... More

Visited Nantwich for the jazz festival . Have stayed at the Cheshire Cat previously. Room was comfortable but unbearably hot and we couldn't keep the windows open as we were on the ground floor. The room was also very dusty with visible cob webs. Breakfast was very good and we also ate in the bar , good steak meal. Location... More

Me and my partner stayed here for business. We loved the great location, outside building and decor. The pub was cosy. Unfortunately the room we stayed in we felt was extremely overpriced for what it was. (We wish we would of stayed in a premier inn!) maybe the price is so high because of the area. We were in a... Just back from a visit to Nantwich which is a great place to explore with lots of great bars and restaurants. We stayed at the Cheshire Cat which has a handful of bedrooms which are nicely laid out and very comfortable. The Cheshire Cat brilliantly combines Olde World charm with Glass and Steel to make a really welcoming Pub/Eating out... More

Spent the night in the hotel and ate in the restaurant followed by a little jaunt around Nantwich. The building is fantastic, the food was excellent, I had a the rolled lamb breast and my partner the mixed grill and were both really impressed. We had a lovely nights sleep, very peaceful considering there was music going on too. Nice... More

The Cheshire Cat makes for a nice rest and a pint on a walk around Natwich, Built in 1676 this pub has that old charm and a mix of boutique fancies to add interest. One of many pleasant drinking establishments in Natwich, On the rod out to Wales. Only stoped for a drink, though the pub is begining to look... More

We stayed for one night in the Cheshire Cat, and had breakfast the next morning, everything was cooked to perfection and the staff were very friendly in this quirky little venue.

I came to the Cheshire Cat after a funeral last Monday, the girl behind the bar, was tentative and treated us all with an appropriate manner, considering the reasons why we were there. We sat on the side of the bar which was cosy and small, but this meant that we felt like we had our own private room, due... More
