Although part of a group (and standardised menus) there is still plenty of scope for cheffing skills. I had scallops as a starter which were perfectly grilled followed by roast rack of lamb which was tender and pink as it should be. The other starters...More

Been here quite a few times in the past but I’ve not seen it since the renovations. Looks lovely especially the outside area. Food is tasty-as always. If you’ve never been I would highly recommend it.

We keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but we will definitely NOT be trying it again!, cold food, ridiculously expensive wine, staff with a can't do attitude and no reason why they were like this, not overly busy and past...More

I'm not sure, but if you call them they are very helpful. it's a lovely village. The Drum and Monkey did great food and I believe it has a nice outside area (if we ever get any decent weather) good luck

Yes, it has a little bar area too if you're not eating but if you are eating I would book in as it gets busy. It has a nice relaxed vibe about the place too.
