Pub is ok food is average i personally think you can get nicer food elsewhere cheaper. Bit disappointed as it's my first time at Alderley Edge expected it to be better quality food and service. Would i go back? Probably not.

Lovely, quaint and friendly! Good food and nice selection of drinks. Staff and service very good. Near the beginning of some great little walks and in lovely surroundings!

Kids had a burger and chips and fish and chips respectively from the kids menu. Reasonably priced. They enjoyed it which means we enjoyed it! Friendly and efficient service too.

Great food but slightly let down by the miserable staff! Such a shame. Not very attentive either, asked for the dessert menu which never came and then it took 15 minutes to fetch the card machine. A smile doesn't cost a penny...

On a sweltering day, we stopped for lunch in the garden of this lovely pub restaurant. Before electing to eat outside I noted that it was actually quite a pleasant temperature inside when I expected it to be too hot and the furnishing was rustic...More

Lunch sandwiches are served only between 12-14:30 which is a shame for those wanting to have a late quick bite. After that time is the 'evening' menu already. Breaded chicken burger was just ok, a bit plain to my taste.

Due to the age of the building unfortunately we are unable to put a disabled toilet in. However we do have a cubicle in the mens toilets which is used as our disabled facility occasionally. Thanks, The Wizard
