We followed the trend of most others and that is stopping here for a late lunch coming back from Chichen Itza. This restaurant was suggested by the owner of hotel we stayed at in Tulum. It is in the heart of Vallodid. Across from the...More

Two weeks ago my family and I had dinner at El Meson. Beautiful setting! Not impressed with my dinner. The inside of my pepper was actually cold. The breakfast was very good though. Will return in November.

What a beautiful delightful Spanish colonial courtyard. Food was great certainly the diabla dish made at the table. Good service just be mindful drinks, menu and food strictly served by different waiters.....a must.

The restaurant is located surrounding an open courtyard in a traditional Spanish colonial style hotel, the fountain, hanging plants and landscaping make this an oasis in what can be a very hot city. Located on the main plaza in Vallodolid it's in a great place...More

My husband and I returned here after 13 years with our kids & parents...still a beautiful spot and got a great dinner. Perfect spot to try local dishes and some yummy cocktails too. Pricey, but we felt it was worth it.
