We popped into The Pickled Onion before visiting Uxmal and found the food and service very good. There's a very good selection from the menu and everything very reasonably priced. The food was delicious. It's about 10 minutes past Uxmal on the way to Kabah.

What a wonderful spot to take in before or after visiting the ruins at Uxmal. Valerie greeted us and spent time talking with us, a very gracious hostess. The food and staff were superb, it truly is an oasis after a hot day of touring.
