After a long walk through the Cobá ruins, this lovely local restaurant is a great choice to eat some fine local foods with relish.

We ate here for lunch as part of our day trip to Coba and was included in the price. We sat upstairs where we were presented with a buffet lunch. At the start of lunch there was only our coach trip there but it started to fill up with other coach parties. The lunch was nice - hot dishes to... More

taxi driver recommended eating here after the ruins/cenote at Coba. We ate upstairs and were presented with the buffet. Tasty food, not a huge selection, but plenty. After eating we saw that there were menus, but oh well. Made for a good, quick lunch just outside of the ruins.

Pushy mayan seller they have the merchandise overpriced and they charge more than they told me in my credit card. I wonder why the store was empty. Do not go.

Limited menu, but good prices and a nice view of the lake. Attentive staff and ample parking. No vegetarian options that I saw.

Good location after a visit to the Mayan ruins with a nice view of the lake. Mediocre food. They also offer a buffett lunch, we did not try it as it did not look so good. Free parking.

After ascertaining that the old Club Med/hotel on Lake Coba was closed, we decided to try the nearest restaurant for lunch, LaPiramide. We enjoyed our lunches- all well prepared (although that day they had no shrimp). Can recommend the Cochinita pibil, lime soup, minestrone soup, grilled chicken. Accompanied by corn tortillas, rice, tomatoes, avocados, cabbage- nutritious food. A vegan could... More

Lunch Buffet was included with our Tulum/Coba/Cenote tours with Mormon Encounters LDS Tours. We ate at La Piramide which has a great location right next to the lake before you make the turn to go to the Coba ruins. We were served with unlimited limeade type of drink and Horchata. There was a variety of salad items both the veggie... More

Usually the restaurants that are part of a pre-packaged tour leave something to be desired, but this place was a really nice surprise! The service was great! The guy (who seemed to be the owner) was super excited to have us there...the food was great too (plus they had my new favourite soup so it made it even nicer)...I'm sure... More
