Fusion food is a delight. Is for Ismat and his staff provides an environment for meeting friends for lunch. Always a party inside or out. The Avocado Club just opened and is already the Sunday Brunch place to be. A must stop for any visit.

We gave Gossip's a go for dinner last night and it was terrific. We started with the Marsala fries, tossed with spicy ketchup, a very good dry martini, and a perfect margarita. Our entrees, shrimp etoufee and crab cakes, were excellent. I rate it 4 out of 5 only because of the crowded space. Tables are right on top of... More

Do not order this!....mostly lettuce that was limp and tough. I chose not to get the goat cheese (chose to eat vegan). The salad had, in addition to the limp lettuce, maybe three grape tomatoes, perhaps half a very small apple sliced, and a small handful of pecans in an VERY brown taco shell. I was very disappointed, but did... More

I really do not enjoy sitting outdoors for dinner on the main road with all the traffic, but I am willing to do it again because the food is so good. Had jamblaya. Never had it so good. Tried the masala fries. Wild and different. Cornbread! Great again. Neighbors had the ribs. I even saw some Texas chili. I am... More

Had heard this was a great place for lunch and/or dinner. We dropped in for a quick lunch and were impressed with the variety and prices. We had crab cakes and the burger - excellent food and service.

As a part-time Ajijic resident, I come to this restaurant regularly. It is as dependable as a Swiss watch. The food is always well prepared and nicely presented. A few years ago, two old friends from Houston visited me and I brought them here for their first meal in Ajijic. I didn't set their expectations, because I wanted them to... More

Our first time at Gossip's was a good experience. The service was attentive, and we enjoyed the food. It was difficult to decide what to try, but I finally decided on the battered salmon. The batter had some good spice to it and our food was served HOT. I only mention this because it was a welcome change to a... More

Interesting menu. Good food at a poor location . I hate it when a restaurant allows patrons to bring their dogs.
