We found this place by accident while exploring Ajijic for the first time. It was lunch time, so we thought, why not? At noon, there was one customer when we sat down. My partner wasn't hungry, so she just ordered won-ton soup, which was heartier than what you get in a typical Chinese restaurant in the USA. I ordered "Northern... More

Was there again yesterday and enjoyed a great chicken dish. They have a large menu and lunch specials that are very reasonable. The food is excellent and the portions are quite large, I took home half my order for supper tonight. The service is attentive but not intrusive. It's a little out of the way but worth finding.

Went for the Saturday lunch buffet. We were early so we ordered a plate of assorted appetizers that were awful. Buffet was to start at 1 pm. After 45 minutes, there was only white rice in the steam table. The waitress told us that the cook wasn't there. As another poster mentioned, the bathrooms were filthy. More to the point,... More

I was hungering for Chinese last Sunday and went here with a group of friends. The place is very out of date and looks sketchy even for Mexican standards. The men's washroom stunk of piss and was not clean. The table we sat at was always wobbling around. The food prep was quick, but the portion size was laughably small.... More

Up the hill from the caraterra you find this hidden gem of a Chinese restaurant. Because our favorites at a Chinese restaurant include all of the traditional appetizers, we shared an assortment and enjoyed them all. On the appetizer assortment were fried wontons, BBQ ribs, egg rolls, chicken wings and deep fried shrimp. All were very good. My husband's all-time... More

We ordered their soups as we got a bit sick in Mexico but soups were yummy and just what we needed. We went back for lunch special and there was lots of food all for 85 pesos which is a real bargain including a drink.

A main stay for many visits for over 20 years. Good food in large portions. Great for last minute supper with quick take outs. Been there more times than we can count

I'm allergic to MSG and I was happy to learn that they doesn't use it. Other than that, it's nice to have a Chinese restaurant in the area, but the food itself is fairly average. There are 2 good-sized dining rooms and a small patio for outside dining all with extremely uncomfortable chairs.

It was our first time at Min Wah and it will certainly not be our last. Ample parking, which is not the norm here, and a pretty view of the mountains from out table. Blanca was a pleasure to meet and the food and service was great. We had Combination "A" and started with egg flower soup...the heartiest we have... More
