Fixed priced menu seemed good value - entree of prawn cocktail, soup or salad and rabbit cooked in a rich sauce for the price of the main course only. Creme Caramel was delicious but cappuccino a little disappointing (we are Melbournian coffee snobs though). House red drinkable and reasonably priced.

Four of us came up from Enosburg & Richford, VT for lunch a few days ago (a 20 minute drive). Prix Fix lunch for $11.00 - CA gives us a 23% discount when using US plastic. Among the best values available in the area - and the food's great - most of the time. Of the 10 or so meals... More

This restaurant is located on the main street of charming Sutton, in the Eastern Townships. It's housed in a quaint older house, and we were seated in the open-air veranda: no air-conditioning inside. Staff were friendly and attentive: both spoke fluent English, Generally, the food was just OK; nothing special, though it sounded wonderful on the chalk-board menu.I had a... More

The service was excellent but the food was a bit disappointing. The salad dressing was the star of the meal - it was very good. Everything else was only okay but they do provide very generous portions.

We enjoyed ourselves dinning outdoors on a nice night. Many great menu options with their table d'hôte menu. Very reasonable price considering the meal. Enjoyed the deserts as well. This place is a keeper!!

Despite a comfortable environment and a chalkboard menu promising $20.00 pre fix meals in a wide range of offerings, the dinners provided at Agnes Horth are a HUGE disappointment. The "filet mignon" was a thin, stringy, and fatty cut of third rate steak served with what could only have been canned vegetables and your choice of potato. Good luck even... More

We stopped her for lunch and had the lunch special. $9.95 for a salad, an entree, a coffee and even a basket of bread. The auberge is older and has such a wonderful feel. The food was fantastic and for the price it's almost a joke. Beautifully decorated, a big welcoming bar to sip a drink or eat your meal.... More

It was a lunch time outing. We were very impressed with the food and service, especially with the very reasonable prices. We were also impressed with the ambiance. Even lunch time featured linen tablecloths and napkins. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sadly I cannot review an assortment of items from the menu as we all chose the filet of... More
