We had 2 families (4 adults and 4 teens) who dined at the restaurant of this boutique hotel on Saturday Feb 18. We added our reservation the last minute but the hostess was kind enough to accommodate us (she was the wife of the chef). The restaurant has a classic ambiance. Because they limit the number of tables they would... More

Seven of us dined at l'Auberge des Appalaches. The menu is interesting, and every dish was delicious. Service was well-informed and helpful. High marks for quality of food, ambience and service.

They recommended reservations and I laughed a bit because the restaurant was completely empty. We were there early since we had a long day, we made a reservation as they recommended and glad we did because no less than 30 minutes later the restaurant was packed. The food was fantastic, make sure to order what is on for that day... More

The mountain view was lovely, the sunset was perfect but the food was superb!! The service, the comfortable dinning room and the great food all combine for a memorable dining experience.

The restaurant is owned be a hard working couple, who are making a go of restoring this auberge near Mont Sutton. He is in the kitchen and gardens and she runs to front of house. The kitchen produces lovely food with fresh ingredients from the garden and local suppliers. The service is professional and pleasant. The setting is a bit dated... More

The food and wine list is sophisticated yet not overpriced. The varied menu offers something for everyone. Each dish is beautifully presented. I would certainly return to this restaurant.

I decided to eat at the Auberge one night and was beyond thrilled with the meal. I had a beet salad that had toasted maple pecans on top, followed by a vegetable risotto that was full of fresh vegetables, and then a mille fuille for dessert that was superb. This was truly a fantastic meal. Compliments to the chef!

We spent an overnight at an inn in Sutton and located this lovely restaurant. Everything was fresh from their garden and tasted fresh. I had the home made goat cheese ravioli and a garden salad, Yummy. Fantastic, friendly service. Thank you

Bonjour, Thank you so much for visiting us. And I agree, "never judge a book by the cover". Indeed an "old lady" like our building can't look brand new, even with all the renovation we already made, and many more to come with time. I am glad to read that you enjoyed our welcoming atmosphere and cuisine which are the... More
