Moved family to Ingersoll last weekend and decided going out was easier than finding stuff in a packed kitchen. Well received and promptly seated. Had the 3 eggs sausage ,home fries and toast, daughter has BLT and home fries coffee. Everything was up to or...above standards and it was priced nicely. Will definitely be a go to.More

This is a great place to eat! The exterior is not that impressive, but the food and service certainly are! It has a really varied menu, with something to suit any taste.P rices are reasonable.

We visited Dino's in Ingersoll on a Tuesday noontime in May. We were warmly welcomed by Lydia. The establishment is divided into two sections: A more bar-like section to the right as you enter and a more traditional eating area on the left. Our group...of four partook of items on the lunch menu: the classic sub, a grilled cheese (with tossed salad), two vegetarian sandwiches (one with the tossed salad and one with the soup of the day: chicken with rice). Everyone was pleased with the food. The lucky one who had chosen the soup said: "This is the best chicken with rice that I have ever had". The portions were large enough to make it worthwhile to ask for to-go boxes. Note: the entry from the street features a small step and no ramp. People with mobility issues (e.g. walker, etc.) might find this a bit of a hindrance. Dino's is definitely a restaurant to go back to.More

My first experience eating at Dinos was fantastic! A dear friend of mine, who has since passed, took me there for lunch a few years ago. She insisted I get a hamburger and a milk shake. Let me tell you that I have never had...a burger like Dino's burgers. A mile thick with meat and everything but the kitchen sink on there! Their milk shakes are thick, rich and full of flavor. The onion rings are enormous. OOPS...sorry, I had to wipe the drool from my chin. Their menu has a wide range of items that satisfy. Of this I have no doubt! You'll try it once and you'll go back, just as I have. I miss you B but you will always be with me when I return for another fabulous meal at Dinos.More

Went to Dino’s for dinner with my boy and 7 friends. Previous experiences from my friends were not great, but this time was significantly better for all. My boy said the garlic cheese bread was the best he’d ever had. My Marsala Chicken was pretty...good. Prices are a tad high for what you get. Service was friendly but a bit slow. It was very quiet in the restaurant and very clean. Huge menu, something for everyone. I would go again.More

We went on a weekday around 1 30pm there were a few customers and not very busy. We both ordered the burgers, I had just a burger for $8 and my husband had the burger and fries for $14. The meal was ok but definitely...pricey for what you receive. The service was almost non existent...we had to look for the waitress to get our bill. The booth was in need of care...material on seat ripped and not comfortable. Table could of been cleaned better it was a tad dirty. Music played a bit too loud. We probably will not return after this initial visit.More

Right next door to On the Edge, a knife specialist store. The reason for being in Ingersol. Dino's has an extensive lunch time menu including a daily soup special and artisan grilled cheese. All wonderful. Rustic vegetable soup, vegetables kept their own flavour on top...of a rich and satisfying broth. The grilled cheese- crispy with 3 cheeses melted perfectly.More

I visited this restaurant a few months back and reviewed it at that time. With this, my second visit, I wanted to post another review with a few further observations. Once again, I had the Salmon with cranberry chutney, which was excellent. However, our waitress...was a little less than perfect; rather flippant at times. To be fair, the restaurant was very busy, and I completely get that waitresses get harassed constantly, however I do think that if you choose to be in that job, you have to weather the constant demands. Also, the tables and the menus didn't seem to be clean (leaving us all feeling like we needed to use hand sanitizer before handling our food). This may be another sign that the wait staff was just too busy, although fresh, clean menus, at least, should be on the owners radar, I would think. Also, the furniture is getting very rundown; the fabric coverings being completely worn through in some cases. All this being said, I think this location is a definite benefit to downtown Ingersoll - I for one, being tired of the couple of roadhouse type restaurants that this town also has to offer. I will definitely be at Dino's again the next time I visit family in the area, so I hope that this critique is taken in the kind manner by which it is intended.More

My husband and I often visit this restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The service is hit or miss as sometimes we are served and looked after immediately and other times I’ve had to go and ask for, more coffee, jam for toast, silverware, etc. Food...is good. Small town dining. They will not substitute any menu options which is a bit confusing. I’ve asked before to substitute hash browns for tomato’s or no toast and they will not accommodate. Perhaps this could be something they would consider as they are never so busy that it seems S though it would be a hassle.More
