Krolls is the BEST place in Bismarck/Mandan to have breakfast. The food is tasty, the staff is friendly, why go anywhere else?

If you're looking for a home cooked meal in Bismarck this is the place. Proud of their German heritage, and get your money's worth. Service was slow and they were not busy.

Really good food, all day breakfast. Service is a little slow at times, but that can happen. Even so, still positive experiences all around.

The omelets are huge with lots of selections. I had blueberry pancakes last time we were there. They were packed with real blueberries. The portions are huge, so go hungry. They have a senior menu with portions way bigger than needed too. If you are in to traditional German food you can find it here also.

I ate here with a friend as we were staying at the motel next door. We were treated to yummy soup (that is also sold in buckets to go it's so good) and amazing desserts. Our entrees were perfect. I would go here again if I were to ever return to Bismark, which I never will. The service was fantastic!

We stopped there mostly because it was immediately next door to the Motel 6 we were staying at. We got there fairly late, about the time they were getting ready to shut down for the night. Thankfully they served us because we had been on the road all day and were starving. The menu is fairly comprehensive, covering several food... More

I stop at Kroll's every time I am in Bismarck for the knoephla soup and Fleischkuechle. The staff is very friendly and service is fast. The food is always great no matter which location you go to.
