We visit Winston-Salem often to visit my son in college and every time we go my wife has to visit Camino Bakery for her morning java and pecan croissant. It's set in a historic brick building, has a nice sitting area where the locals go to read the paper and have lively conversation. The staff are super friendly and are... More

The bread, rolls, sandwiches, are all wonderful, but the tomato pie is to die for! I love the atmosphere. It always feels like you're hanging out with a bunch of friends (and often this is what it is!). It's crowded and noisy, but using locally grown organic ingredients ensure that the food is consistently wonderful.

Sit indoors or outdoors. Delicious bakery and coffee. Wine and beer at night. Cute, hipster place. Must go if visiting downtown Winston Salem.

Best coffee drinks, delicious desserts and pastries. The Almond Horns are addicting. I just tried a gluten free cupcake the other day and it was fantastic!! I love this place.

Nice variety for small bakery. Everything I've tried there has been excellent. Good selection of gluten free and vegan options.

What a delightfully friendly and warm cafe in the heart of Winston-Salem. I was staying in the area and desperately in need of an espresso. The staff at the Marriott recommended Camino Bakery. Upon my arrival it was clear to see why this gem of a bakery and cafe was such a popular spot. Cozy tables with lots of light... More

Love this place! One of my favorite places to hangout in Winston. I love their Brookstown location and their one on fourth street! The holiday/seasonal drinks are always a great choice if you are a first time customer!

The best pumpkin and banana walnut bread in the triad. Stopes by after a movie night and purchased some yummy hot chocolate and sweet bread. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed with simple wooden decor. The smell of coffee fills the air while you enjoy conversation by candlelit. Will be back. Very addictive!!

Stopped into the Camino Bakery for a coffee and light lunch and it did not disappoint. The coffee was good and the Tomato Pie very tasty! Seating is comfortable and a fun place to have a chat with a friend or do a quick check on your email. Parking (on-street) was a bit of a challenge just before prime lunch... More

Stopped in for pastery and ended up buying bread. Good selection. Pricy but good. Sliced very thin that took getting used to . Definitely will buy again on our next trip to town
