We had a pleasant 2 hours having lunch. We had a variety of foods and all was quality. This was complimented with bottles of wine. There is a lot of history on display.

Great place for a nice lunch. Food was high quality and the setting was lovely. Lots of large buses coming in so at times was super busy and large groups for lunch. However their cellar door was extensive and lunch was yummy! Would go back there.

We chose to eat at this cellar door attracted by the setting and dining options. Tables set up in the tasting room area, or in various other dining areas, including outside. Service was prompt, but we were not hurried. Wines to accompany our lunch were selected at the tasting area, then we enjoyed a lovely light lunch of gourmet pizzas.... More

The dips and wood oven pizza from local produce were amazing. The latest sparkling shiraz is to die for and you get a 30% discount after lunch🍷🍾😁

We had been recommended to try Salter's Kitchen and actually ate our first meal in The Barossa at Saltram. We were very impressed - a loveiy relaxing Sunday afternoon - great food, wine and service. We did eat at Salter's Kitchen again during our stay but we were not as impressed - maybe our expectation was too high and obviously... More

We had a delicious afternoon tea at Saltrams today. For $10 each we got two cakes and coffees. The passion fruit mousse cake had incredibly thin chocolate covering a delicate mousse with a shortbread base. The line curd cake was equally delicious. Service was with a smile and great hospitality.

After waiting a long time at our table for our order to be taken we gave up and left. There were two other tables so it wasn't an issue with being busy. The two wait staff walked passed our table on many occasions...it was like we were invisible! A couple who arrived after us were served with wine and food... More
