Very attractive thatched roof pub ( hence the name! ). Not too busy the lunchtime we were there but in the holiday season we would recommend booking for evening meals. Large portions of everything.

Staff were very friendly but disorganised. Tables remained uncleared, cutlery, napkins and dropped food under tables outside. We ate inside. The order took ages to arrive but was very tasty when it did. It's a very busy pub, perhaps a victim of it's own success?

not sure, there are other places in the village and of course the Sandleigh tea rooms. This is located practically over looking the beach.

Free parking in carpark after 8pm but don't know if you are allowed to stay all night. Also Thatch carpark is very small to manoeuvre large vehicles
