Welcome to Bio Restaurant StrandGut, the Restaurant in the first Bio Hotel of Saxony, the Bio & Nationalparkhotel Helvetia!Sourounded by stylish elements of the Elbe-shipping and the impressiv panorama-view on the elbe-river you enjoy high value menus. Our organic-vital-cuisine is fresh and healthy: every single ingredient of our meals and drinks is certified organics. Most of them are from the region: sheeps graze on the fields of Schmilka, Bio Hof Lindenmuller from Surssen is providing us potatoes, the goat cheese comes from Lauterbach, fresh vegetables are growing in our own garden and Gut Gamig delivers the eggs. The variety of our meals is creative and trendy. Vegetarian, vegan or fisch and meat, they are all delicious just like our local meals. We spice them with herbs from our own garden!
