The food is Southern, the staff is upbeat, the decor is arty and supports the local community. The shrimp and grits are (is?) heavenly. I wish I would order something else, but I can't pass up an opportunity to enjoy this blissful dish.

Come for the food and the hip atmosphere. Start with a well-run bar and a good wine list and add exceptional food and you have the perfect ingredients for a night out. Service is excellent. I really enjoy the seafood specials here. The people running NOFO at the Pig know the restaurant business and it shows in everything they do.

What's not to love here? Chocolates, Martinis, and great local food served amid some fantastic local art and oh, you can shop too! A little something for everyone in the gift shop upstairs, including the guys (my husband heads for the back BBQ supplies, or tries to sneak over and nab me something from the chocolate counter when he thinks... We did lunch. I had their shrimp and grits. Delicious. Rich and creamy. We did not do drinks though they have a collection of wines and a full bar. Lots of choices on the menu and daily specials. When done with lunch go upstairs and shop You won't get out of the shop without buying something fun, for me it... More

We recently went to NOFO and enjoyed it. It's kind of an eclectic, casual spot. We started with the hot pimento cheese, which was great. I had the crab cake and found it to be very good. At our table we also had the spinach burger, which was tasty and the special, a pork lion, that was delicious as well.... More

We had lunch at NOFO just before going to Tic Toc Escapes. NOFO had a varied menu and offered a nice setting with a shop upstairs. The food and service were good. Parking was fine, but I could see that parking and the café could get easily crowded.

I've reviewed NoFo at the Pig before but had lunch there today and just wanted to say that it is still great. For such an unassuming place they put out really great food. I had lunch today, chicken salad and this wonderful roll with bacon on it, YUM. It's simple but it is so fresh and just good. This is... More

This restaurant has been in the Raleigh area for an extensive time and remains a favorite for many. In a casual however interesting and unique setting, dining is available with delicious local products from several farms. They have an excellent bar with many fine wines and great Bloody Marys. One is also surprised by their seafood and one of the... More
