This is one of the most unique places in Raleigh you will find. The owners have done a great job with the decor, but more importantly with the food. Very friendly owners and staff. All entrees and the desserts are top notch. Well worth the...More

We has heard of HBCD, but never been before and based on TAs reviews decided to try it. Easy street parking outside restaurant. Reservations for four or more so need to come near opening at 6pm or eat at bar which many customers chose to...More

This is one of our go to places when in Raleigh. Service can be a challenge when they are very busy but that is very minor compared to the food. The crab dip with bagel chips is incredible. The chips are so soft and flavorful....More

Great deserts!! Never leave hungry. Go early, because it is very popular. Expect to wait. Dessert for breakfast is an option.

Hayes Barton Cafe still delivers quality food and service. Tucked away in the Five Points district, it is a great little restaurant full of charm and character. Always a favorite is the meatloaf!!

Before they run out! Loved this place. It is quirky, fresh, delicious, but not inexpensive. I had pork tenderloin and it was amazing. Fork-tender, delicious balsamic gravy. Loved it. But - what we really came for was the dessert. Unfortunately one choice was already gone...More

I sincerely doubt they have gluten free items. This is a very old fifties style place, kinda mom and pop. It's really nostalgic for many people... old movie star photos on the walls, vinyl booths and seating... Delicious.
