I was looking for a place with tableside guacamole. I found them and hadn't tried them since they changed names, so I gave it a try. We arrived shortly after 5 pm. We were literally the only patrons there. I started wondering what was wrong...More

Saw negative reviews and started to not eat here, took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. Good service, good food, good price. Chips and salsa were very good and I'm picky about my salsa! Don't let the negative reviews scare you away, it was a...More

I decided to walk from the comfort inn over to the restaurant. Had to walk by, I think Motel 6, to get there. When I first got there I was reluctant because it was 11:40 and the parking lot was very sparse. I will say...More

I liked the ambiance, obviously authentic, the staff seemed to all be Hispanic and the televisions were tuned to Spanish language channels, boxing and ultimate combat. I had chicken enchiladas with mole. The mole was good, the chicken nicely done, the refritos seemed to be...More

I was happy when I realized that I was the only Gringo in the place. Always a good sign. The Burrito Grande was exquisite. I also had the chicken rolls. I will admit, it helps to speak Spanish when ordering. I'll definitely return.

Wife and I stopped by there on a Sunday, around 5 after a movie. Had been to this same location a while back when it was some other name, so we wanted to see if the new one was any better. We were greeted at...More

This Mexican establishment was not all that impressive, although probably adequate for the most part. It seemed to have as many short-comings as positive traits, so it rates somewhere in the middle. With lots of alternatives to choose from in the genre of "Mexican", we...More

Went to eat lunch there a couple of days ago, and I was very disappointing. First problem was encountered when the chicken was undercooked, we also had to keep reminding the waitress about napkins and side orders. Food was not that appealing like in other...More

I come to Raleigh on business at least twice a year, and honestly think about this restaurant the whole way into town! It's located just a two minute walk away from the Comfort Inn downtown where I stay. I love the dish, "PolloChoro" and Cinco...More

This restaurant is in a strip plaza just south of I 440/40, has a fantastic menu, with many selections that are much more authentic than most Mexican restaurants. We dined there 4/22/12, and had a great dinner! I would love to be able to write a review for them.
