Warm and Friendly greeting. Party of four was seated promptly. We waited approximately fifteen minutes until someone else was seated and another ten until preparation area was filled. Our chef was friendly and aimed to please-thanks! What seems is not what is....The price of the menu is too much for what you truly get. Lots of Noodles and Rice, Why?... More

So to start out I've been avoiding hibachi style places since I was forced to go GF. Knowing how the food was prepared made me incorrectly assume there would be no way to get a safe meal. To correct that assumption I had, the process at this hibachi is to cook my entire meal first using GF soy sauce (no... More

Most hibachi restaurants I've been to offer a choice of soup or salad, but Fujisan gives you both. Also different for us was the addition of fried noodles, which we've never had. I must say they were very good. I had the Hibachi Shrimp, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The other sides were pretty much standard fare, veggies and fried rice,... More

Good place for a quick lunch. You sit at a large table for up to 8 people. The chef comes out and cooks your food in front of you on a grill at the table. You get a small salad and a bowl of rice, along with whatever hibachi food you order--steak, shrimp, chicken, etc. Took a friend out for... More

Fujisan offers your standard Hibachi fare at standard Hibachi fare prices. I would have given it a 3.5 but the chefs really went out of their way to entertain the children at the tables I was near.. so that brought them up to a 4. The decor is struggling and cleanliness is adequate. We usually go to Kanki down at... More

We had an eclectic group, and the staff made it work! The chef made sure he first cooked the vegetarian meal separately, then moved on to grilling the salmon. He was considerate enough to check if he could cook the chicken and steak at the same time as the salmon (that was so nice to check!) And ofcourse, absolutely delicious... More

This is a hibachi restaurant. The chef was amazing and the food was really good! We enjoyed it immensely. It was a bit expensive but only because we opted for an appetizer and really didn't need one. Parking is good.

This is the best teppanyaki I have had in the Raleigh area. The food is delicious. Always a great show (chefs are funny and entertaining). My boyfriend and I split the combo (with chicken, steak, and shrimp) paying a little extra and it was more than enough food (we are finding this is the best way to eat less calories... More

We were sat promptly, our waiter arrived drinks ordered food ordered - one would think all would be good right? NO out comes the chef - he starts cooking but it doesn't look right. he starts serving the other people at our table and nothing for us. They hadn't put our order in. By then we were into the experience... More
