Went by this week end and the joint is closed and reopened under a new name No clue why they closed or the menu/service of the replacement

Didn't want to fight the crowd for memorial day. Visited RAPS. Walked in set down. Waitress was spot on. Food was just OK. Would propably only go back if I was in a pinch.
A poor imitation of TGIFs...and that's not gourmet. Might as hit a fast food joint. Drinks are the quality of a cheap college town bar.

This is a great local spot. If you like clam strips they have the best I have had in Morehead, hand breaded and tasty.
