Menu is limited and the prices ain't all that great. The quality of the food was about average for the fare we ordered. Wouldn't recommend, and wouldn't go back.

We loved having a table on the screened porch right on the creek! I had a sliced brisket sandwich and fried corn on the cobb. The sandwich was delicious. They had 3 different kinds of bbq sauce. I enjoyed the vinegar sauce. It was tangy...More

Brisket and pulled pork are just great with or without sauce. Good choice of sides. Staff friendly. Neat creek side location for dining in. Carryout order was timely. Prices are fair. Great stop when you are in the area. You can see/smell it from the...More

We had the pulled pork sandwiches with 1 side. Very large amount of meat on the large onion roll. Three tasty sauces on the table to put on the pork. The sides were good but not a large serving of either fries or baked beans....More

The BBQ and side items were very good and really not that too pricey... the wait staff are friendly and considerate of the patron's needs... when you want BBQ, this is the place to go but it's closed during the winter

The name itself got our attention and enjoyed the creek side location. Very busy but friendly staff. Took some time to get our food and they ran out of hush puppies.

got ribs and brisket, they ask sliced or "pulled" basically on the brisket...well..."pulled" is really chopped...not cool.....ALL brisket should be sliced and served that way as ordered...but I don't own the place...and they charge for sliced...like $1.50 extra....so...hush puppies were good...beans average ....fried okra...good stuff....ribs...More

This one didn't impress me to much. The food was mediocre. The meat was dry. Nothing special, just food.

Stopped for a drink as passing through town. The small bar is up front by the road with no view so sat on back porch on the bubbling creek which is nice. If you sit outside on the side porch there is no view of...More

Stopped in for dinner on getaway trip to MV - BBQ was ok, but not memorable especially the bbq sauce. Service was good and fast, convenient location - that said, food was the main interest and that came up short of expectations. Would not return.

No. It closes November 2nd and re-opens May 1st. If you're there twixt these dates; EAT THERE! It is soooo good. Try the brisket and deep-fried corn. You'll have to cross your legs when you eat it because it's THAT good.
