Okay, so the service was a little slow but we've experienced much worse. Our waitress was courteous and helpful and the food was good. Best of all, it was open at a nighttime hour when others were closed. Post-theatre hunger conveniently satisfied. Thank you, BRP.

Maybe the worst customer service ever witnessed in a restaurant setting. Rude from start to finish.. Will never return.

We have tried to go here 3 times. We've been when its busy, slow and a rainy day. we waited to be seated, nothing so we sat. After 20 minutes when no one came we left. Another time we were seated, she got our drink...More

Been here for one hour and fifteen minutes! No food yet! What an absolute joke this establishment is. I will have to say that this is the worst experience ever in a restaurant, bar none. Even worse than the Trailhead in Waynesville. At least there...More

I gave Black Rose a bad review a couple of months ago. Everyplace was crowded so we returned at another couple’s urging. Lovely clean cut caring waitstaff, good Shepard’s Pie. Cold potatoes. We were all pleased and I will return.

We have been regulars at Black Rose for several years and we have recently decided to not visit again for a while. The food quality has dropped and the sanitation rating for the restaurant has made us rethink when we shall visit again. Black Rose...More

A few friends decided to heck with cooking this Easter (recently lost a loved one to Cancer), and stopped in at The Black Rose Pub. Food was wonderful, service prompt and polite. We had a choice of outside dining or in. We opted for in,...More

Best burgers in town. Many draft beers to choise from. Fish and chips are generous, crispy and light

This is place has some of the best food in or out of a bar. I don't recall ever ordering anything that wasn't really good.

The service was good, but the food was not, I ordered fried green tomatoes for an appetizer, there was so much dough on the tomatoes that’s all you tasted. The fish and chips for dinner were so greasy and tasteless. I will not be going...More

We were there this past September and ate the best Reuben Sandwich we'd ever eaten! The menu as I recall was quite extensive. Google Black Rose Pub and do Menu-Pix & you can view their current menu.
