We always look forward to coming to Dinky's every time we're down. This time it was very underwhelming. We always look forward to the whole fish, but unfortunately they didn't have any. I had the Oysters Rockefeller, which weren't that great, just ok. My husband...More

Came in for a late dinner. They were the only place opened(it seemed) in Hatteras on a Monday night in the end of October. We were sat at the bar as because the restaurant was full. Both my husband and I had cocktails, the were...More

Casual restaurant on the island, a little over priced for the quality. The Oysters Rockefeller was really delicious. The tuna special, at $30 was way overpriced to be served with white rice and frozen vegetables especially since they are on the ocean. I always find...More

This has become our favorite restaurant in Hatteras Village. The view of the Marina is great and Sunset is to die for. Food is well prepared with the fish from local suppliers. Had the Seaford sampler on both occasions and comes with an assortment of...More

So impressed first time we went back again, sitting at the bar both times so we didn't have to wait for a table. For a non-fish/seatfood eater, there was a much better range of interesting food options than in the usual Outer Banks restaurants -I...More

We had a party of 12 and everything was perfect. Great service, friendly staff, and the food was awesome. I had the Thai Scallops and Shrimp and my wife and daughter had the pork tenderloin- both were excellent. Highly recommended!

By DC standards, it is pretty reasonable. Main entrees were on average $21. For a cup of bisque, I think it was $6 cup and $8 for a bowl.
