This is not a cheesy, gimmicky seafood restaurant. Yes, the outside does look like a big pirate ship, but on the inside you'll be surprised by wonderful service and excellent food. It's easily accessible right off of interstate 77 and there is a ton of seating inside. We've always had good servers there, but one in particular, Robert Lewis from... More

It is nice, and rare, to find a restaurant along the I-77 corridor that is not a chain where the food is good, economical and your family can enjoy a break from driving.

We were staying at the Fairfield Inn less than 1/2 mile away. Pleasantly surprised that the broiled seafood was nicely prepared...unlike many seafood places that specialize in fried. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was efficient and friendly.

The fun funky exterior and kitchy pirate theme made me hesitate because this looked like a place to go with kids on vacation. Very nice surprise. The help were friendly and efficient. The She Crab soup was phenomenal! The scallops were very good and the sides were better than expected. Glad we decided to 'think young' and try a non-stuffy... More

The outside of this restaurant looks like a pirate ship and that decor continues inside. It's cute and the restaurant is large. Seafood is the speciality. I had the stuffed flounder and it was very good. Husband had seafood trio which was a lot of food but a little heavy on the spices. Nice salad with dinner and hush puppies.

My wife and I have eaten here before, but this time the waiter was very attentive, yet not overly so, and substituted a vegetable in place of a potato that I can't eat. The prime rib was very good, and the atmosphere was a humble attempt to recreate a pirate ship, albeit missing a bit here and there in actuality.... More

Traveling along the interstate on my way home to SC, we stopped in for dinner. The outside of the restaurant looks like an old pirate ship. You can't miss this place, it really stands out! I usually avoid places that try hard to catch my eye, but we tried it anyway. The inside was huge, and nicely decorated for Christmas... More
