Kudos to Southpoint for bringing in non-chain stands into their food court. The menu at American Meltdown had a number of items tempting me. I ended up with the Pigs 'n' Figs with black figs, speck, goat cheese, and a balsamic reduction. It was on grilled sourdough. The sandwich was quite tasty. I don't like getting oily fingers when eating,... More

Had a nice grilled pesto and Gouda sandwich with the fried Brussels sprouts. I thought both were good but ,all told, with a bottle of water we were at $15. Sounds a little pricey for a food court but it was good!

I liked the alternative of fried Brussels sprouts. I appreciated that they made my husband's sandwich to order. My sandwich was delicious (Pigs N Figs). I was absolutely put off by the generic fountain diet cola. If I go back I will definitely order water.

Tried the French Onion (as in French Onion Soup on bread) and it was incredible. Really flavorful wine-simmered onions and herbs with muenster cheese on rustic bread. YUM with a capital Y!
