The vegetable plate was just so so. The potatoes tasted scorched. The pintos with ham were good. The squash would have been better had they been hot. The cornbread was lukewarm and had no taste. My husband's chuckwagon steak was way overdone and french fries were greasy and room temperature. The water with lemon was very good.

Anything from breakfast to seafood...huge selection and solid cooking. Nothing fancy or over the top, it's just simple country fare. If you happen to be passing thru give them a try!

Being local to the area, I've eaten at Sue's many times. The food is good and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is the best.

Please stop by for country eating at its best. Their Sues burger is so good and their chunky fried potatoes are a must. Specials are offered every day. Hours are unusual. Usually closed by 8:00 pm. But just try them once, you'll be back.

This is a good place for good, simple food. It's popular with the locals and is open daily. Friendly servers and cashiers

I had the sea food platter the fried squash was the only thing that was really enjoyable. Even the with tartar sauce there was nothing desirable about the oysters or the flounder. The corn couldn't have been more tasteless it would make one go back to using salt. Maybe if they had lots of horseradish in the cocktail sauce it... More

As local diners go, Sue's is a good choice for local, standard fare. The service is always exceptional and, to me, that is what makes or breaks a local diner. Afterall, we are not talking steak tartar!

This is a local diner, not particularly close to the interstate, but worth the 10 minute drive. It has a variety of foods. We had the New York Strip steak, and the fried shrimp plate. Both were good, amply sized, and well worth the money. Our check for two dinners came in under $25, and considering that the food was... More

I eat here on a regular basis and Sue's has some of the best homestyle southern dishes I've ever tasted. The specials vary daily and I've never had one I didn't enjoy!

Enjoy the vegetables like Grandma used to cook with the cornbread to go with it... can't beat good country cooking!
