We went last year and had a fabulous meal. Today was no different. We started with a crostini special that featured avocado, strawberry and balsamic glacé. My husband had the chicken saltimbocca and I had a grilled shrimp pasta entree. Both were divine. Next time we go we have to get the lasagna (it's huge). I read a review from... More

Loved the eggplant dish - that is THE EGGPLANT. Something about the tomato sauce hits my husband and I bitter every time we select an item here with tomato sauce. So, I pretty much left the penne on the plate. Great bread beforehand. Caesar Salad/ split with husband...terrific!

Went here with our extended family of 16 people. The service was terrific. They accommodated our members who were gluten free very nicely. The food was superb. Truly a made from scratch kitchen.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon for drinks and appetizers. Our server was not friendly and showed no desire to please. We were the only table in the dining room, but he neglected to check back on us until we were almost finished our few appetizers between the two of us. We also overheard one of the waitstaff dropping the... More

We have been vacationing in this area for several years. We always come back to this restaurant each year. We are a big family group and this is a small place. This time there were only 6 of us We did have to wait about 15 - 20 minutes for a table. We were offered seats at the "family friendly... More

As soon as we walked we felt as though we were in a warm and welcoming Italian home. Not just the decor and the wonderful aroma but especially the gracious host and waiter along with the delicious meal.

La Dolce Vita has a wonderful ambiance, quiet and understated elegance. Waitress and hosts were friendly and knowledgeable of food and wines. We had Mussels Marina-- sauce fresh and tasty, nothing canned here! Our Arugula salad was huge and FRESH, with blended flavors. Also had Baked Ziti which is usually too heavy in most resturants. This was light, and delicious.... More

The Italian food is tasty, the servings enormous. I never remember to split an order with someone, so there is always leftovers to take home. Not that I do not like the leftovers, but I wish there was a choice for a half or small size serving. We come here every year, so the serving size is not a deterrent.... More
