We happened upon The Iron Skillet on a walk about town. The place was packed but luckily we found a table. They serve classic southern breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed our meal and friendly service.

It was alright. Got Patty melt. Good, but not special. Hubby got meatloaf platter, he said the same of it, but it came with a tiny skillet of cornbread, very cute and tasty.

Went to the Iron Skillet since the Power was out. Had to wait since half of Town was in the same “power” boat. Breakfast was hearty, warm and wonderful. Good food prepared to order.

I don't believe so. We went for breakfast, and passed by during lunch on another day and they were open.
