Did not disappoint! We visited this past Monday and definitely will again! Mike and his crew were so friendly and the food was amazing. So glad we found this gem. Best biscuits and gravy and pancakes were top notch according to my daughter so I’ll...try them on our next visit. We arrived by 10:30 worried we’d have to wait and were seated immediately though the crowd came shortly afterwards. I must say it was worth the wait if we had one!More
Thank you for the wonderful note Sherpa. That may be our new favorite note. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Excellent food and service. Plenty of food. Had their famous biscuits and gravy, but it was a little too sweet for me. Young lady who waited on us was very friendly.
Thank you for the great note. We’re glad you enjoyed.
This restaurant is an amazing little place in the heart of Bryson City, NC. You have to get there early to walk in but if not you can always put your name on the list and wait for Mike, the owner, to holler it when...there is a spot. Don't worry, you will hear him anywhere on Everett Street!! The staff is always friendly and courteous, especially Beverly. The food is priced well, the portions are large and the food is always seasoned well. Their Sausage Gravy and Biscuits is amazing as is the Brunch Burger!!!! Anything you pick on the menu is good! Ask for their olive relish, I know it sounds weird, but it has a briny taste that is unique but so good!!! I highly recommend getting breakfast or lunch with Mike and the staff. You will not regret it!!More
Thank you for such an amazing note. We love you’ve enjoyed and hope you’ll come back and see us again soon.
The restaurant is very good. The owner was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area.
Thank you for the wonderful note. We’re so glad you enjoyed.
We have been coming to Everett Street Diner every year on our weekends at the Polar Express, and I look forward to breakfast here nearly as much as the train ride. You are without fail greeted like family or a dear friend, and the food...is perfect. This is the kind of family small town diner a lot of us grew up with, and I wish we loved closer and could be “regulars”. My son loves putting his drawing on the wall to see in the weekly video! Be sure to stop here for a warm welcome and great food if you’re in Bryson City!More
Thank you for such a wonderful note Sara. We love that you feel like family when you visit and hope you’ll continue to make us part of that family tradition.
We had a group of nine for lunch. Everything we had was fantastic. Burgers, Cheesy enchilada soups,Ceaser salads, Grilled Chicken corden blue, Chicken strips, Brunch burger and Philly steak and cheese. Teas and coffees. Waitress Bev was so sweet. They sang Happy Birthday. I didn't...get the man's name, but, he was so nice. I would love to return and recommend it highly. It was very reasonable.More
Thank you for such a wonderful note. We just love that the whole group enjoyed. Looking forward to seeing you again sometime soon.
Expect to wait (outside). Breakfast was very good. Took a bit for the server to take our order but Owner (?) was friendly, checking up on us to be sure things were ok.
Thank you pamver. We certainly hope you come back and visit us again sometime soon.
Many people have told us how great this place is and we finally got a chance to try it. We were not disappointed. There are typically people waiting outside and I understand why. We waited for about 10 minutes on a cold morning (there was...a heater outside). Well worth it. The gentleman who greeted us was very nice and had a good sense of humor. Our waitress was equally as friendly. I’m fact, all of the staff were friendly. The food was delicious. The prices were reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This will be on our list every time we go to Bryson City.More
Thank you for the great note. Our folks love what they do and love it when we get a note like yours. We look forward to seeing you again sometime soon.
Best crispy hash browns! Husband loved the sausage gravy. I asked for crispy bacon and it was cooked to perfection! Fast and friendly service.
Thank you for the wonderful note. We’re so glad you both enjoyed.
This place is amazing from the gentleman greeting you on the sidewalk to the warm welcome inside, you must go early and still plan to wait. They close at 11:30am on Saturday & Sunday and 2:00pm during week but closed on Tuesday. Food is fantastic...but service is even better.More
Thank you Tommie Lynn for the great note. We love that you enjoyed and hope to see you again soon. Just a quick correction - we are open until 2:00 on Saturdays.
This is a hidden gem <(or maybe not :) > It is a super place for breakfast. You'll get friendly service, great fresh food, and maybe a little humor and/or singing to go along with your meal. Everything from the coffee to the meal itself...was fantastic. Our coffee cups were never 'empty'...the staff made sure of that! Go early or you may have a wait time for a table.More
Thank you so much for the wonderful note. I’m not how “hidden” we are anymore, but we like the gem comment. We just love that you enjoyed, and hope to have you back soon.
Wonderful good, and the host has a great sense of humor. The atmosphere was family friendly, and the food was amazing. The grits were to die for.
Thank you for the wonderful note. We’re glad you enjoyed.
We ventured to Bryson City for breakfast and happened up on this gem. Believe all the rave reviews! Omelets were fresh and delicious, the waffles were light and fluffy, and the biscuits and gravy were the best I’ve ever had. Not to be outdone by...their food, the hospitality here was amazing! Everyone from the host to the servers were so authentic, attentive, caring and accommodating. They seem to genuinely love serving their customers making for a truly wonderful experience. And, the food was fantastic. Get there early because there’s a bit of a wait but it is well worth it!More
