Cozy and charming place to stop. Were greeted by a family of ducks as we entered. The flatbread pizzas fired in their oven was perfect with a side salad. ($9) Service was friendly and efficient.

It is one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in North Carolina. Originally from up north and have not found that many good restaurants in N.C. Our appetizer was roasted figs that were served warm with manchego and sourwood honey. Outstanding!! Entrees were fresh trout and cuban crepe( slow braised pork , prosciutto, Swiss cheese , and plantains,... More

They serve wonderful lobster mac and cheese. Even the picky eater of the group named this the best restaurant of the trip.

Had dinner. Selection was excellent. We had Cuban crepe that my wife says is just fantastic. I had NC trout. It was great. We had the fig appetizer that was super. It must be known to be good because it looked like everyone had one. Our server Mark was one of the best. If I went back I would ask... More

We enjoyed a great dinner here. The atmosphere was terrific as was the service. We all liked the food but not sure I'd say it was hit out of the park. Except the salads - we all loved the Caesar and house salads. All in all a lovely evening.

This place is a must visit for anyone wanting an upscale Americian-blended Mediterranean Inspired Bistro Fare. The alluring atmosphere is laced with the love of "man's best friend" featuring thousands of photos you will find it hard to pull away from. You can swing open the windows on a breezy spring day or gather near the free-standing fire place on... More

Our server (Grace?) was excellent. Helpful with suggestions and professional and timely. Well done. The atmosphere of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. It's dark with cheap tables and chairs. But the food is very good. Calamari is prepared in strips rather than rings. It works but might not be for those who want familiar. Eggplant Frites were... If you visit the high country in North Carolina you must have a meal or drinks at Bistro Roca. This restaurant is so classy and yet so comfortable. There is no loud background music, the bar area is relaxed and spacious and the porch is amazing and comfortable. Pizza, wood fired, is a favorite. But you really can't go wrong... More

A must place to dine. A first class restaurant with great food, wonderful service, and a wonderful Mountain atmosphere. Tucked away from the main hub of town but worth finding it.

Conveniently located 2 blocks from Main St Blowing Rock. Well established restaurant that consistently provides well prepared food, service, and atmosphere. Family friendly with a kids menu and chic but casual ambience. We have been frequenting this restaurant for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. It also provides a decent wine and craft beer menu and full... More
