Best hearty meal with a real outback feel to the restaurant. Outdoor dining with a warm open fire under the patio made this romantic 😍. BBQ fish was boneless and caught that day, also came with buffet salad!

Finlays is an outdoor old country fishing town themed eatery which we loved. It's like having a BBQ out the back with your mates around the fire! Simple to order at the counter where the huge board menu is located and then listen for your...More
We haven't been here for 10 years however it hasn't changed. Great atmosphere with bonfire and BYO. Very relaxed place to eat. The fish was nice and fresh and salad was ok. Not quite the same without Gary insulting everyone!! - and we missed the...More

Seedy presentation. Badly in need of a clean and update. Salads were an embarrassment. Tinned beans, tinned beetroot and tinned pineapple were three of the 'salads' on offer.
Just missed the mark. The atmosphere and concept was very appealing. However, the food was very disappointing. The kids enjoyed the music, the fire warm, the fish was ok, the chips cold and the squid rings were not even real squid? Go if you want...More
More a catered family bonfire night than restaurant. Fantastic fish, beautiful prawns and a kids fish bites with really good fish (stole a couple myself!). What a way to spend a cold clear winter's night around the open fire pit.
