As it's the only place in the known stone town area that's still open after 22:00pm, it's a great place for a night out. Most of the people are local and some tourist, drink prices are less than the average so you can enjoy a couple of drinks without emptying your pockets. There are 4 floors, 2 is a restaurant,... I didn't eat here, but a local Tanzanian friend invited me to come out to this bar. Mix of tourists and locals and a relaxed vibe. Music ranged from rap music from 10 years ago, to Afrobeat, to current pop music today. Great spot for a quick drink, watch some sport on the screen, and maybe even meet some locals... More

Stone town on new Years is not the most exciting place to be, you would be much better off in Nungwi. We began our evening at the Serena Hotel { a very sub par New years eve buffet and show} and then began to walk around. We went to 6 degrees which was... not very hopping { there was a... More

A local nightlife hotspot. Expect to mix with a good crowd of locals and tourists. Nice atmosphere and good views from the baclonies. Not for prissy travellers with high expectations. Go let your hair down and have fun if you're young at heart!

This is one of the only places you can head to if you are looking to dance and listen to some music late into the night. The establishment is over three floors, the top is the 'disco'. My group of friends and I, decided to give it a go and were a little bit disappointed. The top floor was so... More

We got here at 11pm+ and stayed here for a few hours as the DJ played reggae songs. Chill out, dance, relax late night and meet others who are also there to relax.
