Best Del Monico steak! We stopped in for dinner and I had never tried a Del Monico steak before. It was cooked to perfection and tender beyond belief. It literally melted in my mouth. The food was so good at night, we went back for breakfast the next day. Our expectations were set pretty high and they did not disappoint.... More

Friendly and efficient waitress, good conversation with a couple of local guys. I had a cheese burger and fries and it was great.

While the all-day breakfast is good, the bread they bake is truly exceptional. Had I known, I might have ordered a plate of buttered bread and skipped the eggs and home fries.

Great breakfast spot. Good coffee and delicious omelets. The bread is homemade daily and has a slight taste of garlic. The home fries were also very good. Staff was vey pleasant and attentive. I would recommend this place when visiting Tupper lake.

The Lumberjack Inn definitely reflects Tupper Lake's history as a lumber town. All kinds of lumbering equipment on the walls, a Paul Bunyan theme, and the option for really HUGE portions for breakfast! It isn't fine dining, but I have been here several times over the last decade and I've never had a bad breakfast. The prices are reasonable too.... More

The food was fantastic but the homemade bread was fantastic. I had club. Huge sandwich. Friend had french toast and loved it. Staff super nice.

Big pancakes. Had the sausage gravy over biscuits. Huge home made toast. The frozen butter made one of our party a little edgy. Overall good place.

The food was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I had a 2-egg vegetarian omelet which was light, yet very tasty. Their home fries are out of this world. My wife had the best french toast. Be aware to be patient. It takes them time to cook the food, but it's well worth it.
