Stopped in for a beer during a wait for another restaurant. A great selection of taps and constantly changing. The staff knows about beer and can help the uninitiated or a beer connoisseur

The Blue Tusk features one of the largest selection of craft beers on tap in the 'Cuse. Expect to pay a hefty price for some of them, but the selection is constantly changing and a knowledgable staff can offer options for all different palettes. Their sandwiches are excellent especially the Bonzai Beef and Chicken Tusk. Can get crowded at times... More

Crap service, dirty bar, collage kids will probably like if they can afford the drinks. I don't understand why there is no table service when I see 5 people hanging around bored stupid. At least wipe the tables.

Great beer selection and sandwich menu. Beers are pricey...but you get what you pay for. Food is always good. The room can get crowded and parking can also be a challenge.

Although the food is very good, I am not a fan of the "fast casual" business model where you order some food at a counter. Maybe I am just old-fashioned but I hate to wait in line. Would rather "wait" at a table. So, the downside of this place you had to order your food at a separate counter. The... More

My wife and I always visit the Tusk when we come to Syracuse. The beer selection is outstanding and there's always something new to try. The staff will inform customers if a beer selection is more expensive than normal. We shared a meat-and-cheese plate (all cheese for us) served with bread from The Daily Bread bakery around the corner. It's... More

"Go-to" bar downtown for many. Average bar selection, I see the biggest draw as the amount of people that cram into the Tusk at once

Amazing sandwiches, great craft brew selection. Hand carved sandwiches will make you want to eat one and get one to go!
