Good food, fun atmosphere. The service is sometimes a little slow, but the food is always delicious and brunch is very fun.

We had a coupon so decided to try this restaurant on Park Ave. - and I'm glad we did.It sits in the heart of "restaurant row." Being in the heart of things it has great people watching. We had a great meal. We started with...More

Rude reception, inattentive waitstaff, and deeply mediocre food (think frozen salty food service chicken breast). Overpriced. Great space, but I can't see how this place stays in business. We're moving to Rochester in a month and will be sure never to return to Cibon.
Locals and travelers: Go someplace else on Park Ave unless you want overpriced poor quality food and waiters more interested in texting instead of serving you.
