We returned to the brewery after several months away and found an improved menu with the same delicious beer. We dined at the bar, and split the mixed greens salad with goat cheese and the pulled chicken sandwich on Texas toast. Both were excellent and plenty for 2 to share. The cask beer was delicious and different. Staff still very... More

The location and the space are terrific. Parking is available, nice historic building.... And what did they make of it?? Nothing. Poor selection of foods and badly prepared. I guess when your'e drunk you don't care. But don't go here sober and try to get a good meal. What a missed opportunity, sadly. I have no idea what they where... More

We have been going to the Peekskill Brewery since they first opened their 1st location down the block. They had a nice little dining room separate from the bar area. It was more like a quaint little restaurant with a window view. Down the hall was the tap room. They had more of a formal dining menu and some great... More

Cold craft beers brewed with love. Had the smoky beer the other night and it had a smoky aftertaste that lingered on the tongue like a peaty scotch. Tried the pork patty thing and the idea was good but I did not like the pork patty...tasted frozen. However, the scotch egg and truffle fries were superb.

I've been to the Peekskill Brewery on multiple occasions and overall, I've found the beer to be great (lots of variety, get a flight) but the food to be sub par. The food is overly breaded, sweetened, or salty and the salads lack finesse. They are in need of some healthier choices. Go for a drink but eat elsewhere.

Great beers with a wide selection. They do need to teach the bartenders hygiene though. He did some pretty gross things before grabbing a glass and pouring a beer.

The food was not bad. Prices were average for the area. It can get rather loud on the weekends, even when it is not packed.

As this really is very close to us, we have tried to get along with this place for a long time now. Over several past experiences we found The Peekskill Brewery to be lacking in many different ways. However, I think we at last have it figured out now. The best way we have found to get a better overall... More

Beer here is always good, especially their seasonals... always interesting to see what their brewers come up with. They were better on food in the old location. They used to have... literally... the best mac "n" cheese on the face of the planet. Then they moved to the new building and I guess made an attempt to elevate their menu by... More

Hiked on the Long Path/Appalachian Trail and then stopped by for a glass of stout and some football. Great afternoon on a perfect autumn day. Stick to the beer, according to some of the folks there that I trust -- the smell of the burgers turned me off -- oil seemed a touch rancid. Great company though.
